Aapki Zimmedari
- Asli Information: Jo bio likho, sab asli hona chahiye. Jhooth bolne se account ban jayga.
- Ek Account: Har person ka sirf ek account hona chahiye.
- Harassment Nahi: Kisi ko abuse karoge to ban ho jayga.
- Respect Har Ek Ko: Disrespect = immediate ban.
- Age Limit: Sirf 18+ log account bana sakte hain.
- Illegal Activities Nahi: Directly police complaint.
Content Ownership
Jo aap upload karte ho, wo aapka intellectual property hai. Maajee.pk ko sirf platform chalane ke liye use karne ka right hai.
Photo Aur Privacy
- Jo photos upload karte ho, sirf aapke permission se dekhe jate hain.
- Photos blur hote hain jab tak connection officially accept na ho.
- Phone number kabhi public nahi hota - sirf verified connections.
- Hum kabhi data third-party ko nahi dete.
Account Termination
Hum account ban kar sakte hain: fake profile, harassment, multiple accounts, scamming, age issues, inappropriate photos.
Payment Aur Refund
- Core rishta services (profile banana, Salam bhejna, Connect karna, connection ke baad messages) hamesha free hain — koi bhi paid plan optional hai, sirf extra visibility ya verification ke liye (details: Pricing).
- Payment JazzCash ya EasyPaisa ke zariye manually verify hoti hai; verification 24–48 ghante mein hoti hai.
- Agar payment verify nahi ho pati (ghalat screenshot, duplicate payment, waghera), poori raqam refund ki jayegi.
- Ek dafa plan activate ho jaye us ke baad, agar service humari taraf se na di ja sake to pro-rata refund hoga; sirf "mann nahi aya" jaisi wajah se refund guaranteed nahi.

Governing Law
Yeh Terms of Use Pakistan ke qawaneen ke mutabiq govern hote hain. Koi bhi dispute pehle amicably (baat cheet se) hal karne ki koshish ki jayegi; agar hal na ho, to Pakistan ki adalaton mein le jaya ja sakta hai.
